Placeholder — not the published terms. The previous terms lived at odessasoftware.com/terms-and-conditions, a domain that no longer resolves. Replacement text is the owner's decision — it has to speak to account ownership, purchased credits and cosmetics, and conduct, none of which a port can decide. Roadmap decision 12 tracks this.

Points the replacement needs to cover, listed here so they are not forgotten rather than as an attempt to answer them:

• Account ownership, suspension and deletion.
• Purchased credits and cosmetics: 526 real payments exist in the legacy records, and the balances are being carried across, so the terms have to say what a player owns.
• Conduct, and what moderation may do about it.
• The absence of any warranty, and the right to change or end the service.
• Governing law.
